Camp Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to anyone booking or taking part in a School of Skill camp. By booking, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the player.

Bookings and payment

• A camp place is confirmed only after full payment has been received through Stripe.
• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We may contact the parent or guardian using the details provided during booking.

Cancellations and changes

Please email coachmason@schoolofskill.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds or transfers are considered case by case. School of Skill may cancel or reschedule a camp due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer an alternative date or refund where appropriate.

Health and conduct

• Parents and guardians must share relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or access needs before camp.
• Players must follow reasonable coach instructions and behave safely and respectfully.
• Basketball is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury. We take reasonable care to provide a safe coaching environment.

Photography and media

Photography or video may be taken during camp. We seek parental consent before using identifiable images of a child. See our Privacy Policy and Safeguarding Policy.
