This policy explains how School of Skill collects, uses and protects personal information when you book a camp or contact us about a camp.

We may collect parent or guardian contact details, player name and age, playing information, medical or access notes, and details needed to manage the booking.

• To process bookings and payments and provide camp information.
• To deliver camp safely and respond to medical or access needs.
• To contact parents or guardians about the booking or important event changes.
• To meet legal, safeguarding and administrative obligations.

Sharing and retention

We share information only where necessary with trusted service providers, including Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell or rent personal information. We keep information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal, accounting or safeguarding requirements.

Photography and video

We seek parental consent before using identifiable images of a child. You can ask us questions about media consent at any time.
